For roofing, we work with asphalt architectural shingles from GAF, CertainTeed, and Owens Corning, plus metal roofing where it fits the home. Every roof replacement starts with a full tear-off (no layovers unless a homeowner specifically requests one), a deck inspection, replacement of any rotted decking, synthetic underlayment, ice-and-water shield at valleys and eaves, proper flashing at every penetration, and ridge ventilation sized to the attic.
For siding, we install and replace fiber cement (James Hardie), vinyl, and engineered wood siding. We flash windows and doors properly, wrap the house before siding goes up, and finish trim tightly so nothing wicks water behind the wall. Where there's existing rot, we replace sheathing before the new siding goes on.
Repairs and inspections are welcome too, if a limb hit your roof or you have a small leak, we'll come out and give you an honest read on whether it's a patch or a replacement.
